Service Description
Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis, stuck on a seemingly endless waiting list, or trying to make sense of neurodivergence without a formal label, the uncertainty can feel exhausting. You don’t have to figure it out alone, and you don’t have to wait for a piece of paper to start thriving. This structured coaching programme is designed to take you from overwhelmed and stuck to grounded and empowered. We usually recommend that you book at least 10 sessions to allow for real exploration and tailored support and a discounted 10 session pack is available for purchase. We will work together for 45 minutes once a week to unpick the challenges that are draining your energy, reframe your unique strengths, and design practical, real-world strategies that fit your life, school, or workplace. With tailored packages, it doesn't matter if you are a parent/ carer, school leader or simply starting to suspect you might be neurodivergent. Through dedicated one-to-one support, you’ll gain the tools to advocate for your needs, manage burnout, and move forward with absolute confidence.
Cancellation Policy
1 Advance Booking Requirement To ensure all necessary administrative onboarding can be completed and to allow sufficient time to tailor your support, all initial coaching sessions must be booked at least seven (7) days in advance. If you select a booking date that falls within this 7-day window, our team will contact you directly via email to reschedule your start date to an appropriate time. 2 Payment Terms All payments for coaching sessions, packages, and programmes must be made in full at the time of booking unless a formal payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. 3 Cancellation & Refund Policy 10-Week Coaching Programme: If you purchase a 10-Week Coaching Programme and wish to cancel your booking, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee paid within the first two weeks of your package starting. Cancellations outside of this time frame are non refundable. To request a cancellation, you must email enquiries@louisepowellconsulting.com. All Other Services & Products: All other bookings are strictly non-refundable. Statutory Consumer Rights: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel digital service agreements. However, if you request that coaching sessions begin within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a full refund once services have commenced. 4 Rescheduling & Missed Sessions For programmes involving live 1-to-1 sessions, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule an existing session. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. 5 Confidentiality & Safeguarding All personal information, discussions, and session details shared between the client and Louise Powell Consulting will remain strictly confidential. Confidentiality may be overridden if required by UK law, or if there is a reasonable belief that the client or another person is at immediate risk of serious harm or abuse. In such cases, relevant external bodies, authorities, or emergency services may be contacted. 6 We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse, harassment, or aggression—verbal, written, or physical—directed towards our staff or participants. Any abusive behaviour will result in the immediate termination of services without a refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
